Marketing Manager

Role Summary 

SAGER is seeking a strategic and performance-driven professional responsible for leading its marketing execution across key markets and commercial priorities. This role focuses on translating company growth objectives into structured marketing programs that strengthen brand positioning, generate qualified leads, and support enterprise client acquisition. 

The Marketing Manager will oversee multi-channel marketing initiatives, manage campaign delivery, and coordinate closely with leadership and sales teams to ensure marketing directly contributes to pipeline growth, revenue outcomes, and long-term market visibility. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns aligned with company growth and sales targets 
  • Translate business priorities into structured marketing initiatives that drive measurable engagement and lead generation 
  • Ensure marketing execution remains consistent, timely, and outcome-oriented 
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to design lead-generation programs and support pipeline development 
  • Track conversion rates, client acquisition performance, and campaign contribution to revenue goals 
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture client opportunities in coordination with the commercial team 
  • Conduct market research, analyze competitor activity, and identify industry trends to inform strategy 
  • Manage digital marketing channels, including website content, social media presence, and campaign communications 
  • Oversee content development to support brand storytelling, product visibility, and client credibility 
  • Coordinate promotional events, product launches, and strategic campaigns to enhance brand visibility 
  • Support conference participation, client-facing activations, and high-impact marketing moment 
  • Track and report campaign performance through structured dashboards and KPIs 
  • Support development of client-specific marketing materials tailored to key opportunities 
  • Support the creation of tailored marketing assets for priority clients and strategic bids 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field 
  • Minimum 5–7 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B, sales-support, or growth-focused environments 
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM systems, and lead-generation tools 
  • Ability to manage multi-channel campaigns and align marketing with commercial objectives 
  • Creative mindset with the ability to translate insights into structured, actionable campaigns
