Account Manager - Enterprise Solutions

Waseela - KSA- Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned accounts and territories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase IT solutions.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to create customized proposals based on client requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability while meeting client needs.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and account status.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support post-sale to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of cloud computing, cybersecurity, software development, or other relevant IT areas.
  • Existing network of contacts in the IT industry.
  • Experience with account management and sales strategies.
