Job Detailed Responsibilities
Machine Setup and Calibration: Set up CNC machines for each job by loading materials, programming specifications, and calibrating settings for precise cutting, shaping, and finishing.
Programming and Operation: Program and adjust CNC machine settings based on blueprints and technical drawings to meet production requirements. Operate machines to create components with exact dimensions and specifications.
Quality Control: Inspect components for dimensional accuracy, finish quality, and structural integrity. Make necessary adjustments to machine settings to ensure all parts meet quality standards.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Conduct routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot minor issues during operation and coordinate with maintenance for repairs if necessary.
Blueprint and Specification Interpretation: Accurately interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files to ensure all machine setups and outputs adhere to production specifications.
Documentation and Reporting: Keep detailed records of machine settings, completed tasks, material usage, and any issues encountered. Report production status and issues to the CNC supervisor.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols, including using personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to safe handling practices for materials and equipment.

Minimum of 2-4 years of experience operating CNC machines, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
4-6 years of experience operating CNC machines, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Skills and Knowledge Required:
Computer Skills:
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Basic Diagram Drawings
Knowledge:
Proficiency in CNC programming and operation, with a focus on precision machining for metal and insulated panel components.
Familiarity with quality control standards and measuring tools for verifying dimensional accuracy.
Understanding of safety standards for CNC operation and handling of materials.
Skills:
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a CNC operation team.
Problem-solving skills for diagnosing and correcting machine errors and process issues.
Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and CNC programming code.
High attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in production quality.
Special Requirements
