| Job Detailed Responsibilities |
- Machine Setup and Calibration: Set up CNC machines for each job by loading materials, programming specifications, and calibrating settings for precise cutting, shaping, and finishing.
- Programming and Operation: Program and adjust CNC machine settings based on blueprints and technical drawings to meet production requirements. Operate machines to create components with exact dimensions and specifications.
- Quality Control: Inspect components for dimensional accuracy, finish quality, and structural integrity. Make necessary adjustments to machine settings to ensure all parts meet quality standards.
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Conduct routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot minor issues during operation and coordinate with maintenance for repairs if necessary.
- Blueprint and Specification Interpretation: Accurately interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files to ensure all machine setups and outputs adhere to production specifications.
- Documentation and Reporting: Keep detailed records of machine settings, completed tasks, material usage, and any issues encountered. Report production status and issues to the CNC supervisor.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols, including using personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to safe handling practices for materials and equipment.
