Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager for our National Key Accounts Sales team to lead and develop our strategic relationships with key clients across the country. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the food services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets for national key accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and new markets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and services.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions with key clients.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in food services, specifically in the food industry.
- Demonstrated experience in managing key accounts and large client portfolios.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and develop strategic sales plans.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with food distribution or food service companies.
- Knowledge of the Saudi food market and customer preferences.
- Experience with sales management tools and CRM software.
Note: Candidates with experience in food distribution or food service are highly preferred.
