Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Specialist in Organizational Development to join our team in D, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness, foster a positive work environment, and support business growth within the food services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute organizational development initiatives aligned with company goals.
- Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
- Support change management processes to ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for talent development and retention.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of OD interventions and recommend improvements.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and organizational excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Proven experience in organizational development, change management, or related roles within the food services industry.
- Strong understanding of organizational behavior and development methodologies.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex issues and develop strategic solutions.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English languages.
