Account Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and act as the primary point of contact for sales-related activities. • Establish senior-level contacts with stakeholders and decision makers within assigned accounts. • Develop a deep understanding of customer business needs, objectives, and challenges. • Conduct regular account planning and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Sales Strategy & Business Development:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services. • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. • Identify and acquire key accounts across public and private sectors in Jordan.
ICT Solutions Sales:
Promote and position Waseela’s ICT solutions include: • Cybersecurity solutions • Connectivity and coverage services • Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) systems (CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling) • IoT and smart technology solutions.
Customer Needs Analysis:
• Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements. • Work with presales and technical teams to design suitable solutions. • Propose tailored ICT solutions addressing customer challenges.
Sales Presentations & Negotiation:
• Deliver sales presentations to decision makers. • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers. • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms. • Participate in tenders and ensure submission deadlines are met.
Market Intelligence:
• Maintain strong awareness of the Jordanian ICT market and competitive landscape. • Identify industries and sectors with high growth potential. • Monitor emerging technologies and market trends.
Collaboration:
• Work closely with internal teams including presales, systems engineering, marketing, PMO, and operations to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
Sales Reporting & Administration:
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines and customer records using CRM systems. • Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports for management. • Ensure compliance with company commercial policies and internal processes. |
