Job Overview 
Vardot is looking for a Senior PHP/Drupal Developer to lead complex web projects. Our engineers are true full-stack professionals who work across backend, frontend, and site-building. In this role, you will deliver high-quality web applications, direct client-facing technical meetings, and mentor junior developers. 

Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end development of custom Drupal applications, handling backend logic, frontend theming, and site-building. 
Manage and direct technical meetings with clients to discuss requirements and solutions. 
Implement automated testing frameworks to ensure robust, stable deployments. 
Mentor junior developers and establish best practices for full-stack workflows. 
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project outcomes with overall architecture.

Requirements
5+ years of PHP/Drupal development experience.
Proven full-stack expertise across custom module development, site-building, and front-end theming (HTML/Twig, Sass/CSS, JavaScript).
Solid familiarity with automated testing frameworks. 
Familiarity with a modern JavaScript framework (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular) is a plus. 
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and software design patterns.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently lead client discussions. 
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
