Provide onsite training to coating applicators and the Sales team to educate and persuade customers about the performance of the products. |
Report all the technical service activities and customer complaints using Jazeera standards. |
Inspection on sites to achieve the performance as claimed in specification requirements. |
Developing the core business axes in the administration (internally and externally) in terms of individuals, operations, and the target market |
Visiting site to conduct interviews, review procedures, documentation, specifications, quality control and process flow |
Handle customer complaints and provide technical findings by testing and evaluating complaints and recommend compensation for customers accordingly. |
Actively participate in internal and external Technical Services strategy activities by conducting surveys, troubleshooting issues, and finding resolutions |
Prepare inspection reports and send them to customers periodically with each visit. |
Submitting periodic reports to the direct manager. |
Work closely with the coating specialists and other professionals on the project to determine the precise scope of work, including the materials used, budget, health and safety protocols, and deadlines. |
Commitment to accomplish and achieve management goals and implement the required key performance indicators (KPIs). |
Provide assistance to salesman in proposing paint systems/compliances and arrangement of applied sample panels or demo on sites by arranging applicators according to priority |
Create and update Technical Data Sheet and Material Safety Data Sheet in coordination with marketing and R&D. |
Monitor competitors’ products and market painting trends. |
Executes activities related to his/her function in safe and environmental methods. |
