Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly qualified Financial Resource Development Consultant to support nonprofit industrial and mining associations in building sustainable funding models and enhancing their financial capacity. The role involves designing and implementing fundraising strategies, building donor relations, and providing training and advisory services to strengthen resource mobilization efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Support nonprofit associations in drafting funding proposals and engaging with donors.
Develop tools for financial monitoring and evaluation.
Deliver specialized training sessions to enhance fundraising capabilities.
Design and implement financial resource development strategies and action plans.
Build strategic relationships with donors, corporations, and community stakeholders.
Plan and manage both traditional and digital fundraising campaigns.
Advise senior management on revenue enhancement and income diversification.
Prepare periodic reports evaluating the impact and outcomes of fundraising efforts.
Train and mentor staff involved in fundraising and resource mobilization.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Nonprofit Development, or Business Administration.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial resource development within nonprofit organizations.
Strong understanding of local and international funding ecosystems.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with proven success in fundraising.
