Shaker Group is a leading Saudi company in the air conditioning and home appliances sector. It is the exclusive importer and distributor of several international brands and the sole agent for LG Air Conditioners in Saudi Arabia.


The Position Purpose:

The Project Manager will drive business growth and operational excellence by leading strategic sales initiatives, managing the sales force, and strengthening retailer relationships. This role ensures that all project and sales efforts align with company objectives, supporting impactful execution and sustained performance across the company.


Responsibilities:

•  Execute project goals and scope to ensure clear direction and measurable outcomes, maintaining strategic alignment with the company's sales objectives.

• Plan and document project tasks to organise execution phases, allocate resources effectively, and ensure project transparency and accountability.

• Ensure executions are completed on time to meet business deadlines and maintain operational efficiency across sales activities.

• Manage all project resources (teams, tools, and partnerships) to maximise productivity, control costs, and achieve project goals effectively.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to foster collaboration, ensure transparency, and maintain alignment across departments and external partners.

• Eliminate blockers and manage risks proactively to ensure uninterrupted progress and resolve potential issues before they impact implementation.

• Document the project process using project management tools to track progress, promote process standardisation, and facilitate knowledge sharing.

• Ensure high-quality results and successful delivery to meet customer expectations, support brand reputation, and achieve business objectives.

• Monitor and uphold performance and compliance standards to ensure the work meets company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality benchmarks.

• Track project timelines and budget adherence to ensure cost control and prevent delays, protecting profitability and project efficiency.

• Adapt to project changes as needed to remain flexible and responsive to evolving business priorities or market conditions.

• Conduct regular performance evaluations of the sales force to ensure team efforts are aligned with company targets and to drive continuous improvement.

•  Track and analyse sales performance indicators to evaluate effectiveness, identify performance gaps, and refine strategic initiatives.

• Generate regular sales reports and present to senior management to provide insights, highlight progress, and inform decision-making.

• Use data analytics to monitor market trends, customer behaviour, and sales patterns to support informed, data-driven strategic decisions.


Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.

• Project Management Certification, e.g., PMP.

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in the retail home appliances industry.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to present, influence, and negotiate effectively across various levels and functions.

• Strategic and analytical mindset, capable of aligning sales initiatives with organisational goals and making data-driven decisions.

• Proven project leadership and team management experience, with the ability to inspire, guide, and collaborate across cross-functional teams.

• High level of adaptability and problem-solving skills, comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced sales environment.

• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement capabilities, both internally and externally.

• Fluent in English (written and verbal) is required; Arabic proficiency is a strong asset.
