Set action plans for promoting and selling Jazeera products to projects in allocated geographical territories and conduct regular visits to projects to maintain good customer relationships, attend their enquiries, complaints, technical service on new products stockings and orders, and obtain market information Follow up and evaluate proper pricing, project activities and customer selection within allocated geographical territories by monitoring projects closely to ensure proper promotion of our products, achievement of sales targets, collections/DSO, profit per liter, compared to targets. Expand market reach by planning frequent visits to potential customers and evaluating profit feasibility. Ensure achievement of departmental objectives by monitoring and supervising the activities and performance of the sales team and providing necessary support. Ensure implementation of Jazeera’s credit control policy. Enhance and promote the sales of innovative products in targeted projects to improve company’s profitability wherever possible to increase market share. Executes activities related to his/her function in safe and environmental methods. To perform any other duties assigned by his direct supervisor / manager Devise sales action plans and performance agreements to Sales Executive and evaluate and follow up on achieving departmental objectives, such as sales targets, collections, innovations target and DSO…etc. Ensure to maintain customers/projects data through monthly action plans (MAP) and update Unified project mapping in every 3 months to review pipeline projects for project budgeting purpose Visit existing and new customers, contractors and consultants with KAM and SEs at project sites to follow up on projects, assist in supply/apply issues, resolve concerns affecting bottom-line, and ensure customer satisfaction. Execute campaign and marketing plans at projects level and obtain feedback on such plans. Actively contribute to brand promotion activities by seminars, Loyal Paint Contactors Ensure and promote the usage of CRM among sales team and monitor the customer data, visitation activities through CRM, and make sure Company’s std quotation format is used in all their proposals Make sure to update customer price agreements in SAP and follow the company’s guidelines of authority matrix Promote ALL IN ONE concept by actively participating in all Consultants/contractors activities in coordination with Specifications Manager. Provide necessary support to Sales Executives, monitor and evaluate their performance and work on their development in coordination with HR Department.
