Receive the Notification request form from the concerned department head applies the changes based on the authority matrix, policy, and procedure. Collects all documents from the new employee and send it to Admin Team (on boarding process) including the ID card for new employee. Use Jazeera Paints Human resources system for the employment data entry including the employee hierarchy and cost centres. Following up probation period evaluation and send it to head of departments before 14 days to complete probation period. Update all recruitment, employee change, probation tracker, change notification tracker and all HR reports on regular basis. Writing and sending daily messages, such as: Morning, congratulations, welcome onboard, employees’ anniversary, Condolences’ messages. Conduct and update exit interview and submit the exit interview dashboard monthly. Create, review, and publish internal curriculums and ensure that they are meeting the internal curriculum standards. Conduct employees survives whenever required, in order to encouraging honest feedback and providing new ideas that can improve the business. Submit employees’ distribution data for all types of employment on monthly basis. Apply all the motivation policies as per the procedures. Create reports for the OD department when in needs. Execute activities related to his/her function in safe and environmental methods. To perform any other duties assigned by his manager.
