Overview:
The Branch Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at the branch, managing staff, and ensuring that all branch activities align with company policies and goals. This role involves supervising and motivating the team, handling customer inquiries and issues, and ensuring the branch operates efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage daily branch operations, including staffing, scheduling, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
•Supervise, train, and motivate branch staff to deliver high-quality customer service and achieve sales targets.
•Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and effective manner.
•Monitor branch performance metrics, including sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency
. •Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance and consistency.
•Coordinate with other branches and departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
•Prepare and present branch performance reports and forecasts to senior management.
•Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance branch performance.
•Ensure proper handling of branch finances, including cash management, transactions, and reconciliations.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
•Proven experience as a Branch Supervisor or in a similar managerial role, within Saloon Industry
•Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
•Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
•Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
•Proficiency in branch management software and tools.
•Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
•Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
