Overview: The Customer Happiness Officer / Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for managing front desk operations, handling inquiries, and ensuring a positive and welcoming experience. This role involves providing outstanding customer service, resolving issues, and supporting various administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
•Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, providing information and answering questions.
•Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, handling mail, and managing appointments.
•Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and effective manner.
•Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
•Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and provide support as needed.
•Process and handle transactions, including payments and bookings, accurately and securely.
•Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining customer records.
•Monitor and report on customer feedback and satisfaction levels, implementing improvements as needed.
•Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all customer interactions.
Qualifications:
•High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
•Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
•Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
•Proficiency in office software and equipment, including phone systems and computer applications.
•Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
