Job Summary:
Medica Care Center is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Plastic Surgery Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both aesthetic and reconstructive procedures and a strong commitment to patient safety, satisfaction, and natural results. You will work closely with the Clinic Manager and other medical professionals to deliver exceptional care in a state-of-the-art clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of plastic surgery procedures, including aesthetic and reconstructive surgeries (e.g., rhinoplasty, facelifts, breast augmentation/reduction, liposuction, scar revision, etc.).
Conduct patient consultations to assess medical history, understand goals, and recommend suitable procedures or treatment plans.
Maintain detailed and confidential patient records, including treatment notes and post-operative care.
Provide pre-operative and post-operative care instructions to patients and ensure optimal recovery and satisfaction.
Collaborate with nursing staff and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient care and clinic operations.
Stay updated on the latest surgical techniques, tools, and industry trends.
Comply with all clinical policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations.
Support marketing and awareness efforts by participating in events, contributing to content, or providing expert opinions where needed.
Qualifications:
Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
Board certification or eligibility in Plastic Surgery.
Valid medical license to practice in [insert country/region].
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in plastic or cosmetic surgery.
Strong aesthetic sense and surgical precision.
