Service Sales Engineer

Shaker Group is a leading Saudi company in the air conditioning and home appliances sector. It is the exclusive importer and distributor of several international brands and the sole agent for LG Air Conditioners in Saudi Arabia. 


Purpose: 

The Service Sales Manager is responsible for Annual Maintenance Contracts Sales & Service Sales (Replacement / Retrofit). Sales Expansion and raising service sales market share.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Building strong sales team.
  • Prepare and implement sales growth plan.
  • Communicate with the sales team to understand consumer demands and offer service sales support where necessary.
  • Establish customer rapport and acceptance besides maintaining key accounts.
  • Plan for modifications to services contracts to meet consumer demands.
  • Manage billing and secure collecting services sales payments on time.
  • Identify opportunities with existing and potential new customers and determine plans for marketing activities to promote extended service sales coverage.
  • Negotiating tender and contract terms.
  • Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.
  • Offering after-sales support services.
  • Liaise with the technical team to assist customer to get solutions, give the right recommendation, and solve the problem.
  • Administering client accounts.
  • Analyzing costs and sales.
  • Preparing reports for services director.

 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering specialized in HVAC
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in a similar capacity. 
  • Track record on sales achievement.
  • Ability to re-locate and ability to travel.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Previous experience in business-to-business (B2B) service sales.
  • Negotiation and social problem-solving skills.
