Analyse critical defects and breakdowns by identifying the Initial Cause, Initial Action, Basic Cause, and Basic Action within the last 24 hours. 
Conduct root cause analysis to develop effective strategies for minimizing downtime. 
Monitor, report, and follow up on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within the department. 
Plan and execute scheduled maintenance activities, ensuring alignment with DDS and weekly operation meeting outcomes. 
Assist the section head in day-to-day maintenance operations. 
Review monthly departmental expenses related to spare parts and fabrication. Monitor and control maintenance costs, generating necessary requests to maintain sufficient inventory for future maintenance plans. 
Respond promptly and proficiently to emergencies, unplanned problems, and repairs, ensuring timely resolution.
 Execute activities in compliance with safety and environmental standards. 
Perform any additional duties assigned by the direct section head or manager. 
Define critical spare parts safety stock to optimize inventory management. 
Support the development of preventive machine task lists and determine task frequencies using the SAP PM module.
 Demonstrate knowledge and adherence to safety procedures. 
Lead CM01/CM03 and forklift teams to execute the Maintenance Plan effectively 
Implement AM/PM systems, boards, and adherence, providing weekly reporting on results 
Diagnose faults, record daily machine breakdown details and timings, and present comprehensive daily and monthly reports. 
Actively participate in the PM pillar as a member, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. 
Executes activities related to his/her function in safe and environmental methods.
