Purpose: 

The Kitchen Builder Salesman is responsible for driving sales and distribution targets within the home appliances sector. The role focuses on building strong dealer partnerships, enhancing brand visibility, and ensuring operational excellence to support Shaker Group’s business growth and uphold its core values.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth by meeting sales and distribution targets, contributing to overall company objectives.
  • Ensure the strategic use of Shaker benefits (e.g., displays and POP materials) to strengthen dealer relationships and increase brand visibility.
  • Facilitate dealer training and knowledge-sharing on Shaker products and services to improve their promotional and sales performance.
  • Identify new growth opportunities and remain competitive by monitoring local market trends and developments.
  • Deliver consistent high-performance outputs to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Foster a results-driven mindset to consistently meet and exceed sales and performance targets.
  • Demonstrate dependability and dedication to responsibilities, ensuring reliable performance.
  • Ensure assigned displays are available and properly presented at Kitchen Builder showrooms.
  • Optimize time and resources through effective planning and organization to achieve business goals.
  • Encourage innovative approaches and fresh perspectives in addressing market challenges.
  • Adapt seamlessly to changes in the business environment while maintaining performance standards.
  • Follow up on project inquiries, negotiate prices, and secure purchase orders.
  • Ensure accurate and timely communication of prices, updating Kitchen Builders on any changes.
  • Adhere to the Kitchen Builder visiting agenda to ensure structured and effective showroom and project follow‑ups.
  • Support smooth execution of showroom visits and project follow‑ups in line with company priorities.
  • Coordinate with finance to guarantee on‑time collection when required.
  • Ensure all actions and decisions align with Shaker’s core values to preserve brand integrity.
  • Take proactive actions and make well-informed decisions in complex situations.
  • Address issues efficiently to ensure smooth operations and minimal disruption to sales processes.
  • Foster collaboration within the team to achieve shared objectives and enhance overall performance.
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction by tailoring solutions to meet client needs and strengthen loyalty.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas to drive company revenue growth.
  • Leverage strong negotiation skills to secure favourable terms with dealers and build profitable partnerships.
  • Stay informed about market dynamics to position Shaker advantageously and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Promote a high-performance work environment while upholding Shaker Group’s values.

 

Experience and Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the home appliances or kitchen solutions industry.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, distribution channels, and dealer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term partnerships.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English, with strong capabilities in reading, writing, and speaking both languages.
