Project Manager

A site-based role reporting to the Management. Leading the ELV team in delivering the site-supervision of the implementation of a pre-defined design encompassing IT, ELV and Security systems. ,assisting and coordinating with Architectural, Structural, and Electrical design teams in maintaining design quality and project schedule with respect to Communications, and Life Safety

Duties & Responsibilities will include but not limited to following:

1. Project Integration Management

  • Serve as the primary contact with the customer for project scope, schedule, invoicing, and change requests.
  • Lead the project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with company and client objectives.
  • Maintain and update the Project Implementation Plan (PIP) and coordinate across all internal and client teams.
  • Conduct regular progress meetings and ensure follow-up on agreed actions.
  • Document lessons learned and promote continuous improvement.

2. Scope and Change Management

  • Define, monitor, and control project scope to prevent scope creep.
  • Review and validate deliverables against the agreed scope.
  • Manage change requests and ensure proper approval and communication.

3. Schedule and Cost Management

  • Develop and maintain the project schedule and track milestone achievement.
  • Ensure on-time delivery through proactive coordination and issue resolution.
  • Maintain budget control, monitor actual vs. planned costs, and support client invoicing.
  • Report progress, variances, and recovery actions regularly.

4. Quality and Risk Management

  • Develop a project quality plan and conduct quality assurance and quality control and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Conduct regular quality reviews and initiate corrective actions when needed.
  • Identify and manage project risks, maintaining an updated risk register and mitigation plan.

5. Resource and Communication Management

  • Oversee project resources, ensuring optimal utilization and performance.
  • Coordinate team assignments, overtime, and on-call schedules.
  • Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders through status reports and meetings.
  • Coordinate with HR to resolve personnel or performance issues impacting delivery.

6. Procurement and Logistics Management

  • Manage procurement of equipment, services, and licenses per project needs.
  • Oversee material logistics, including shipping, customs clearance, inventory, and RMA.
  • Ensure vendor compliance with delivery timelines and quality standards.

7. Stakeholder and Customer Management

  • Manage stakeholder engagement and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project.
  • Coordinate with internal and client departments (network, security, transmission, field ops) to clear dependencies.
  • Support the sales team in identifying new business or scope expansion opportunities.

8. Cybersecurity and Technical Governance

  • Ensure project compliance with network and cybersecurity policies.
  • Supervise implementation of security controls (firewalls, VPNs, access control, endpoint protection).
  • Support incident response, documentation, and audit readiness.
  • Maintain accurate technical and security documentation for project handover.
