Location: NumberC Café, Kuwait
Position: Café Manager or Supervisor (Female)
Reports To: Chief Operations Officer

Role Overview

The Café Manager or Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of NumberC Café, ensuring an exceptional guest experience while driving operational efficiency, staff performance, and profitability. This role requires strong leadership, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to maintain the café’s reputation for high-quality service and products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operations Management
    • Oversee day-to-day café operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards.
    • Monitor inventory, supply ordering, stock rotation, and cost control measures.
    • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations in line with Kuwait standards.
  • Customer Experience
    • Maintain and enhance the guest experience by upholding premium service standards.
    • Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
    • Ensure the café’s ambiance, cleanliness, and presentation reflect the NumberC brand identity.
  • Team Leadership
    • Recruit, train, and supervise café staff, fostering a motivated and customer-focused team.
    • Create staff schedules, manage attendance, and oversee performance evaluations.
    • Lead by example in delivering excellent service and maintaining team morale.
  • Financial & Sales Performance
    • Monitor café financial performance including daily sales, expenses, and profit margins.
    • Implement strategies to increase revenue through upselling, promotions, and customer engagement.
    • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on café operations and KPIs.
  • Brand & Standards
    • Ensure that all menu items, beverages, and desserts meet NumberC Café’s quality standards.
    • Maintain consistency in product presentation and service delivery.
    • Coordinate with management on new menu launches, promotions, and seasonal offerings.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in F&B, preferably café/restaurant management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid understanding of café operations, including barista knowledge, food safety, and customer service.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and basic financial reporting.
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage.
