Job Purpose

Provide warm, attentive table service in Al-Nardin restaurant venues, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for guests. The role contributes to safe, on-time, and on-quality execution by following standard procedures rigorously, supporting team targets, and reporting issues without delay.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

●  Greet guests, present menus, and take orders accurately.

●  Serve food and beverages following the venue's service standards.

●  Communicate dietary restrictions and special requests to the kitchen.

●  Maintain table presentation, cleanliness, and a tidy service area.

●  Handle payment processing accurately and follow cash-handling procedures.

●  Address guest feedback or complaints courteously and escalate when needed.

●  Follow standard operating procedures meticulously and report any deviations to the supervisor immediately.

●  Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment and adhere to PPE requirements at all times.

●  Complete all required training and refreshers on schedule, including HSE, GMP, and role-specific modules.

Qualifications & Requirements

High-school diploma or equivalent.

 

● Languages: Working proficiency in Arabic (native or near-native) and English (intermediate or above for technical reading and reporting).

● Computer literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the company's enterprise systems (ERP/LIMS/CMMS as applicable to the role).

Experience

1+ year in restaurant or hospitality service preferred.

 

● Track record of successful delivery in a comparable role within a regulated or quality-driven environment.

● Demonstrated ability to operate within an Iraqi-Group setting, working with internal stakeholders across functions and external regulators / partners.
