Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Foreman to oversee daily operations at our broiler farm in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing farm activities, supervising staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining optimal production standards to meet company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily farm operations to ensure efficient production of broiler chickens.
- Manage and lead farm staff, providing training and guidance to maintain high performance standards.
- Monitor health, safety, and environmental regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Oversee feeding, watering, and health management of poultry to ensure optimal growth.
- Maintain accurate records of farm activities, production, and inventory.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement operational strategies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in poultry farm management or related agricultural operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of poultry health, nutrition, and husbandry practices.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in farm management.
Languages:
- Proficiency in English is required.
