Communication Manager

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Role Purpose:

Managing the end-to-end communications function at Jazeera Paints, leading a team and contributing to the development and execution of an integrated communications strategy across public relations, content creation, events and exhibitions, internal communications, and CSR initiatives.

Key Accountabilities:

Public Relations & Media

 • Support the planning and execution of PR strategies that align with business goals, enhancing brand visibility and maintaining a positive corporate reputation. 

• Build and sustain strong relationships with journalists, editors, influencers, and media agencies across print, broadcast, and digital channels. 

• Oversee the preparation and distribution of press releases, media kits, spokesperson briefings, and reactive statements. 

• Manage crisis communications protocols, including drafting holding statements and coordinating rapid-response communications. 

• Lead media training sessions for internal spokespeople and senior leadership as required.

Content Strategy & Creation 

• Define and drive the organization’s editorial content strategy across all platforms including website, social media, thought leadership, and publications. 

• Oversee the production of high-quality content including articles, white papers, annual reports, newsletters, video scripts, and social copy. 

• Ensure brand consistency, tone of voice, and messaging alignment across all content touchpoints and teams.

Events & Exhibitions Management

 • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of corporate events, trade exhibitions, press conferences, product launches, and stakeholder forums. 

• Manage event budgets, vendor negotiations, venue selection, logistics, and post-event evaluations. 

• Represent the organization at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums as appropriate.

Internal Communications 

• Manage channels such as intranet, town halls, leadership messaging, all-staff emails, and internal campaigns. 

• Develop compelling internal narratives that connect employees to the organization’s mission, values, and goals. 

• Measure and report on internal communications effectiveness using employee engagement surveys and platform analytics.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) 


• Lead the development and communication of the organization’s CSR and sustainability strategy in alignment with corporate values. 

• Manage CSR partnerships, community engagement programs, and volunteering initiatives, ensuring measurable social impact. 

• Collaborate with leadership, ESG teams, and external stakeholders to embed responsible business practices across communications.

Execute activities related to his/her function in safe and environmental methods.
