Provide software application support
Performing analyses on software application functionality and suggesting improvements.
Establishing the root causes of application errors and escalating serious concerns to the concerned team members.
Handling application support tickets as per the SLA
Perform performance tuning to improve performance over multiple functions
Engage other technical team members in the design, delivery, and deployment of solutions.
Provide consulting services on new and existing initiatives.
Execute activities related to his/her function in safe and environmentally friendly methods.
