Job Description We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Restaurant Manager to oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring top-tier service, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, optimizing sales, maintaining service standards, and enhancing the overall guest experience. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills to drive restaurant success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Monitor restaurant performance, analyzing financial reports to optimize revenue and cost control.
  • Implement and maintain high-quality food and beverage service standards.
  • Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
  • Manage restaurant inventory, supplier relationships, and procurement processes.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Handle guest relations, addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to enhance food quality and service efficiency.
  • Prepare reports on restaurant performance, staff productivity, and operational improvements.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and staff development.
  • Plan and coordinate special events, private dining experiences, and promotional activities.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role in the F&B industry.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, optimize sales, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of restaurant technology, POS systems, and reservation platforms.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Experience in fine dining or high-end hospitality environments.
  • Strong understanding of food and beverage trends and menu engineering.
  • Ability to develop training programs and motivate staff.
  • Expertise in cost control, inventory management, and supplier negotiations.
