We are seeking a dedicated and organized Assistant Storekeeper to join our team in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the management of inventory, ensuring proper storage of goods, and supporting daily warehouse operations within a slaughterhouse environment. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced food services industry setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming goods and supplies.
- Organize and maintain storage areas, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met.
- Support inventory management activities, including stock counts and documentation.
- Assist in preparing items for dispatch and ensuring accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or storekeeping role preferred.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
