We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team in Amman, Jordan. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries related to health services, and ensuring a positive experience for all callers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a compassionate attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls from clients and patients.
- Provide accurate information regarding health services, appointments, and billing.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve issues effectively.
- Follow company protocols and confidentiality policies to protect client information.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets related to call quality and customer satisfaction.Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the health industry.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
