Communicate and Work proactively with the Regional Sales Managers to maintain 100% business and operational continuity in line with Jazeera Paints strategy across the show rooms and offices. 
Develop, plan, deploy and manage facilities maintenance plans and schedules, deploying suitable skilled personnel to ensure their effective implementation and timely delivery to agreed KPIs. 
Drive the FM quality plan, focussing on Efficiency, Effectiveness & costs. 
Overseeing the management of the Building Maintenance deployment, allocation & professional completion of tasks and necessary action plan for non-completion
Manage the maintenance of the building by performing repairs or contracting maintenance services as needed.
 Preventative Planned Maintenance (Statutory Building Inspections), ensuring that facilities meet compliance standards and government regulations. 
Uplifts / Life Cycle (Planned Maintenance Programmes), Track building upkeep as well as anticipated long- and short-term improvements and maintenance. 
Carry out Quality Assurance Inspection audits on both soft and hard service provisions and necessary action plan for non – conformity. 
Ensure compliance with all relevant Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) management policies, procedures, and controls within the company to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/services and a responsible environmental attitude. 
Provide leadership in setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing, and motivating staff, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal –to maximize subordinate and departmental performance to meet Management objectives. 
Manag the Project Administration section and provide the administrative support to team members. 
Execute activities related to his/her function in safe and environmental methods.
