Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor for our Broiler Farm located in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will oversee daily farm operations, ensure optimal poultry health and productivity, and maintain high standards of safety and quality. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of poultry farming, and the ability to manage a team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily activities on the broiler farm, including feeding, watering, cleaning, and health monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Monitor and maintain optimal environmental conditions within poultry houses.
- Manage and train farm staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Implement and oversee biosecurity measures to prevent disease outbreaks.
- Maintain accurate records of farm activities, production data, and health reports.
- Coordinate with veterinary and technical staff for health management and vaccination schedules.
- Optimize feed conversion ratios and overall productivity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Prepare reports on farm performance and recommend improvements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in poultry farming or farm supervision, preferably in broiler production.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of poultry health, nutrition, and biosecurity protocols.
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Relevant certifications or training in poultry management are preferred.
