Job Title: Business Analyst - Capital Markets & Brokerage Solutions
About the Role: We’re seeking a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, development, and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Analyze business processes and recommend process improvements.
Create process flows, workflow diagrams, and business models.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), requirement validation, and defect analysis.
Participate in client workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and solution demonstrations.
Maintain project documentation and ensure requirements are traceable throughout the project lifecycle.
What We’re Looking For: 
Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in fintech or software development. 
Good understanding of Capital Markets, Brokerage Operations, and investment products such as Equities, Bonds/Sukuk, ETFs, Mutual Funds, and basic knowledge of Derivatives.
Basic understanding of trade lifecycle, settlement, custody, corporate actions, and cash management.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to document business and functional requirements clearly and accurately.
Experience with financial systems or trading platforms is a plus.
Technical Skills (Good to Have)
Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or Confluence.
Basic SQL knowledge for data analysis and validation.
Experience with Microsoft Visio, or Lucidchart.
