Job Title : Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
 ✔️ Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. 
✔️ Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for development teams. 
✔️ Work closely with product managers, developers, QA, and other teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
 ✔️ Create process models, data flow diagrams, and user stories. 
✔️ Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.
 ✔️ Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by validating solutions against requirements. 
✔️ Provide ongoing analysis to improve product features, processes, and performance.
 ✔️ Facilitate meetings and workshops with internal and external stakeholders. 
What We’re Looking For: 
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
 ✔️ 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in fintech or software development. 
✔️ Strong understanding of business analysis frameworks and Agile methodologies.
 ✔️ Proficiency with tools like Jira.
 ✔️ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
 ✔️ Ability to work on multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 
✔️ Experience with financial systems or trading platforms is a plus.
