Role Purpose:
 Collects, organizes, monitors, and distributes information related to quality and process improvement functions, possibly including but not limited to compliance to and documentation of quality management standards, such as ISO 9001. Typically generates reports using computer skills and distributes those reports to various users in the organization or among customers and suppliers

Key Accountabilities: 
Update QA procedures, work instructions, and formats in line with IMS and company requirements.
 Review and validate documents from other departments to ensure they reflect actual practices.
 Conduct and document IMS internal audits.
 Assess audit findings and coordinate action plans with relevant departments.  
Follow up on the implementation of corrective actions from audits.
 Support and coordinate with departments during external audits.
 Ensure timely closure of external audit NCRs as assigned. 
Perform document compliance audits according to the approved audit plan. 
Conduct unplanned audits as per the approved schedule. 
Inspect materials, processes, and products to ensure quality standards are met. 
Collaborate with departments to investigate root causes and implement corrective actions for nonconformities. 
Monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive actions across departments. 
Deliver quality-related training to relevant teams. 
Maintain QA records and document all quality assurance activities. 
Analyze quality data and identify improvement opportunities within the system. 
Prepare and report QA performance and analysis to management. 
Identify and report risks related to QA activities. 
Monitor operations and recommend improvements to reduce errors and defects. 
Execute activities related to his/her function in safe and environmentally friendly methods.
