Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and bilingual (Arabic/English) Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team and play a key role in driving growth across the Gulf region. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, a deep understanding of the regional market, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with potential clients. As a BDR, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and fostering relationships that convert into long-term partnerships.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients in the Gulf region through various channels, including cold outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities within the Gulf region's enterprise digital experience space.
- Client Outreach: Initiate and nurture meaningful conversations with prospective clients to understand their needs, challenges, and goals via email and LinkedIn campaigns
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed targets for lead generation and client acquisition.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Vardot’s sales, marketing, and technical teams to develop tailored proposals and pitches.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with decision-makers, ensuring trust and alignment with Vardot’s value proposition.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on lead generation, client engagement, and market feedback.
Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the digital solutions or tech industry.
- Regional Expertise: Strong understanding of the Gulf region’s business culture, market dynamics, and enterprise digital experience needs.
- Tech Savvy: Experience with email and LinkedIn campaign tools
- Relationship Building: Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at various levels.
- Self-Motivation: Proactive and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
