Job Title | Senior Manager of CEO Office |
Job Purpose |
The Senior Manager of the CEO Office is a key operational role, responsible for ensuring the smooth and effective functioning of the CEO’s activities and supporting the wider strategic and institutional goals of the Museum of World Cultures. The position calls for an exceptionally well-organized and detail-oriented professional with proven experience in managing complex administrative environments, ideally within cultural, governmental, or mission-driven institutions. The jobholder will coordinate internal processes and communications on behalf of the CEO and play a vital role in managing external engagements and institutional partnerships. Responsibilities include overseeing the CEO Office’s day-to-day operations, supporting budget and scheduling management, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and optimizing administrative systems for efficiency and transparency. The successful candidate will demonstrate sound judgment, discretion, and interpersonal acumen, fostering collaboration across departments and with the Board of Trustees, the Ministry of Culture, the Royal Arts Complex, institutional partners, and external stakeholders. |
