Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing business processes, identifying needs, and proposing effective solutions that align with our organizational goals. You will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, document processes, and ensure successful implementation of solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering: Work with stakeholders to understand their needs, gather detailed business requirements, and translate them into functional specifications.
Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Solution Design: Collaborate with IT and business teams to design and propose solutions that meet business needs.
Documentation: Create clear, concise, and detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between business units, IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
Data Analysis: Use data-driven insights to support business decisions and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
Project Support: Assist in project management activities, including timeline creation, resource allocation, and risk management.
Testing & Validation: Coordinate with QA teams to validate that solutions meet business requirements, and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT).
Training & Support: Provide training and support to end-users during and after the implementation of solutions.
Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or related roles.
Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in business analysis tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Visio, or equivalent. Experience with SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
