Overview:
As a Project Manager at our Drupal-based web development company, you will be a key player in leading and overseeing the successful execution of web projects. Operating within a dynamic environment, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the highest quality standards. This mid to high-ranking role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of Drupal-based technology.
 
Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Strategy:
Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Team Leadership:
Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and quality assurance engineers.
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment to maximize productivity.

Client Interaction:
Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements.
Manage client expectations, provide updates, and address concerns or issues.
Ability to negotiate win-win agreements.

Risk Management:
Identify potential risks to project timelines and quality and develop effective mitigation strategies.
Proactively address and resolve issues to ensure project success.

Budget Management:
Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.
Provide accurate and timely financial reports to stakeholders.

Resource Management:
Allocate resources efficiently to meet project objectives.
Identify and resolve resource constraints and conflicts.

Quality Assurance:
Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, bug-free solutions.
Implement and enforce quality assurance processes throughout the project life cycle.

Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain detailed project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and project status reports.
Contribute to the development and improvement of project management standards and best practices.

Requirements:
Degree: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 5-15 years of experience in project management, preferably in the web development industry with a focus on Drupal-based technology.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Familiarity with Drupal: Experience or familiarity with Drupal-based technology and web development processes.

Preferred Qualifications:
Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
Methodologies: Experience with agile development methodologies.
Tools: Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and project management tools like Jira.
Client-Facing Experience: Previous experience in client-facing roles.
Web Development Understanding: Basic understanding of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
