Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager – B2B to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing strong relationships with corporate clients, and driving sustainable revenue growth. You will play a critical role in expanding our B2B footprint, developing strategic partnerships, and delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs across various industries. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning:
     Define and execute business development strategies in collaboration with the Head of Marketplace to meet company growth objectives.
  • Partner Acquisition:
     Identify and approach new B2B partners based on agreed criteria aligned with company and brand goals. Proactively manage inbound partnership requests in line with strategic priorities.
  • Contracting & Commercial Negotiation:
     Lead the contractual process for new partners, including negotiation of commercial terms, renewals, and amendments, ensuring a win-win outcome for all parties.
  • Onboarding & SOP Development:
     Oversee and continuously improve the partner onboarding process, ensuring operational excellence and cross-functional coordination for successful launches.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
    • Work closely with Logistics for capacity and operational planning.
    • Ensure Catalog team standards are met for both pre- and post-launch phases.
    • Collaborate with Marketing to secure partner-driven support for campaigns and launches.
  • Relationship Management:
     Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to support operational teams, improve service levels, and drive overall efficiency.
  • Performance & Revenue Management:
    • Support the Account Management team in periodic business reviews.
    • Own and manage monthly invoicing and collections in coordination with the Finance/Accounts team.
    • Monitor and analyze low-performing stores, develop insights, and drive initiatives to improve performance.


Requirements:

  • 6-8 years previous experience
  • Ability to handle high pressure in a positive way
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
  • Ownership. Strong work ethic and drive
  • High attention to detail, and desire for a high level of ownership
  • Strong command with tools of the trade (eg. Excel, PPT, Google Drive)
  • Hunger to grow the business & your self
