Greet guests warmly and assist them with check-in/check-out or general inquiries. 

Provide accurate information about hotel services, local attractions, restaurants, transportation, and entertainment options. 

Arrange reservations for dining, tours, events, transportation, and other guest services upon request. Handle guest requests, complaints, and special requirements with a high level of discretion, efficiency, and professionalism.

 Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of hotel facilities, promotions, policies, and procedures.

Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Manage guest deliveries, messages, and mail as needed. 

Maintain accurate logs and records of guest preferences, feedback, and services provided.
