Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor for Breeders Health Care to oversee and manage the health and well-being of breeding stock within our food services operations. The successful candidate will ensure optimal health standards, supervise health care procedures, and coordinate with the production team to maintain high-quality breeding practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily health care activities for breeding animals to ensure their well-being and productivity.
Develop and implement health care protocols in compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Monitor and record health status, vaccination schedules, and treatment plans for breeding stock.
Coordinate with veterinary professionals for health assessments, treatments, and emergencies.
Train and supervise health care staff to ensure adherence to best practices.
Maintain accurate documentation of health care activities and reports.
Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations within the breeding facilities.
Collaborate with production teams to optimize breeding outcomes and animal health.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, or related field.
Proven experience in animal health care, preferably within breeding or livestock environments.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Knowledge of health care protocols and industry regulations.
Additional Requirements:
Willingness to work in Jubail, Saudi Arabia.
Ability to work full-time hours, including occasional weekends or shifts as required.
