Job Title: SQL Developer
Experience Level: Junior (1–2 years) / Fresh Graduate.
Job Summary: We are looking for a junior SQL Developer to join our development team and work primarily with Microsoft SQL Server. The role involves designing, writing, and maintaining efficient SQL code to support our financial applications and products. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with 1–2 years of experience, or fresh graduates with strong academic knowledge and interest in working with data in a real-world fintech environment. 
Key Responsibilities:
 Write, optimize, and maintain T-SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and views. 
Support data integration, migration, and transformation processes. 
Analyze existing SQL queries for performance improvements and suggest optimizations. 
Collaborate with software developers, QA, and product teams to understand data flows and implement solutions.
Assist in maintaining data quality, integrity, and security. 
Monitor database performance and proactively resolve issues. 
Document database structures, queries, and data-related procedures. 
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. 
1–2 years of hands-on experience in SQL development using Microsoft SQL Server is preferred. 
Fresh graduates with solid SQL and database project work are welcome to apply. 
Good understanding of relational database design and data normalization. 
Familiarity with SSMS (SQL Server Management Studio) and basic database administration tasks is a plus. 
Analytical mindset and attention to detail. 
Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
