Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Technical Manager to join our Drupal-based web development company. In this role, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality digital solutions by leading QA efforts, developing and implementing QA processes, and conducting hands-on automation and manual testing. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maintain and enhance the quality of our web applications.
 
Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance Strategy:
Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance strategy for web development projects.
Collaborate with project managers and development teams to integrate quality assurance processes into the project life cycle.
Test Planning and Execution:
Create detailed test plans outlining test cases, test scripts, and acceptance criteria.
Conduct thorough testing of web applications, including functional, regression, performance, security, and automation testing.
Identify and report defects and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
Process Improvement:
Continuously evaluate and enhance QA processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Implement industry best practices for quality assurance and stay updated on emerging trends and technologies.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and designers, to ensure a unified approach to quality assurance.
Provide training and guidance to team members on quality assurance processes and best practices.
Documentation:
Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, test results, and quality assurance processes.
Prepare and present regular reports on the status of quality assurance activities to project stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Manager in a web development environment, with a focus on Drupal-based technology.
Hands-on experience in automated testing and testing frameworks is required. 
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices. 
Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP). 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. 
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Relevant certifications in quality assurance and testing.
Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
Knowledge of Drupal theming and module development.
Previous experience in leading and managing a QA team.
