Job Purpose
Design, implement, and monitor performance management and rewards programs that are fair, transparent, and aligned to business goals—driving engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the annual performance cycle (communications, timelines, system inputs, reports).
- Administer salary reviews, bonuses, and incentive schemes; ensure policy and budget compliance.
- Run pay benchmarking and internal equity checks; prepare recommendations.
- Track and report KPIs (ratings distribution, pay equity, bonus outcomes, engagement signals).
- Support talent calibration and succession discussions with HRBPs/managers.
- Maintain policies/SOPs; guide managers and staff on correct application.
- Deliver briefings/training on performance & rewards processes and changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in HR/Business (CIPD/SHRM preferred).
- 5–7 years HR experience, incl. 2–3 years in performance & rewards.
- Strong Excel and HRIS/reporting skills; solid knowledge of compensation methods and benchmarking.
- Analytical, organized, discreet, strong communication and stakeholder management.
- English proficiency (Arabic an advantage).
