Performance & Rewards Specialist

Job Purpose 

Design, implement, and monitor performance management and rewards programs that are fair, transparent, and aligned to business goals—driving engagement and retention. 


Key Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate the annual performance cycle (communications, timelines, system inputs, reports). 
  2. Administer salary reviews, bonuses, and incentive schemes; ensure policy and budget compliance. 
  3. Run pay benchmarking and internal equity checks; prepare recommendations. 
  4. Track and report KPIs (ratings distribution, pay equity, bonus outcomes, engagement signals). 
  5. Support talent calibration and succession discussions with HRBPs/managers. 
  6. Maintain policies/SOPs; guide managers and staff on correct application. 
  7. Deliver briefings/training on performance & rewards processes and changes.


Requirements 

  1. Bachelor’s in HR/Business (CIPD/SHRM preferred).
  2.  5–7 years HR experience, incl. 2–3 years in performance & rewards. 
  3. Strong Excel and HRIS/reporting skills; solid knowledge of compensation methods and benchmarking.
  4.  Analytical, organized, discreet, strong communication and stakeholder management. 
  5. English proficiency (Arabic an advantage).
