Key Functions
Monitor all terminal functions
Ensure that all bags are corrected check-in
Review passenger tickets, passport, visa
Issue boarding pass
Ensure that no duplicate boarding passes are issued.
 Weigh the baggage and ensure that the weight limit as per the company policy is not exceeded.
Tag all bags and transfer them to be loaded onto the aircraft.
Ensure dangerous goods are handled as per the company policy laid out.
Supervised the handling Agent functions
Monitor safety measures.
Supervision of all airsides operational activities
Supervise all airside activities prior, during and after aircraft MVT
Consider safety, security and quality in all activities.
Ensure airside clear of FOD
Ensure area under aircraft vicinity clear of any obstacles 
Control the MVT of GSE within the safety zone 
No smoking 
Prevent flames or photo flash equipment within 50 feet around the aircraft during aircraft fueling process.
Preventing MVT of GSE may cause a spark of moving in the fuel safe area.
Coordinate with cockpit, cabin crew, ground engineer and all ground personnel.
Ensure fire extinguishers are available within reach during fueling.
Ensure fire brighter is called immediately in case of fire or fuel spillage.
Make load& trim sheet for aircraft.
