Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee building construction projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and costs, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the building construction industry.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
- PMP or equivalent certification.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
