We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Specialist in Procurement to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities, ensuring timely acquisition of goods and services, and maintaining strong supplier relationships to support the company's operational needs. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent negotiation skills, and proficiency in SAP ERP systems to streamline procurement processes.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiation, and contracting.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
- Maintain and update procurement records accurately within SAP ERP system.
- Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and service standards.
- Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.
- Prepare procurement reports and analyze data to support decision-making.
- Assist in developing procurement strategies to optimize costs and efficiency.
- Coordinate with finance and legal teams to ensure proper contract management.
- Stay updated on market trends and new sourcing opportunities.Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in procurement or supply chain roles.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in SAP ERP systems, particularly in procurement modules.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and generate insightful reports.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.Preferred Qualifications:
