Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Site Engineer (Mechanical) to join our dynamic engineering team in Amman, Jordan. This role is specifically designed for fresh graduates or professionals with 1–3 years of experience who are eager to learn and grow in a supportive engineering environment. The successful candidate will assist in overseeing mechanical installation projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines, while receiving mentorship from senior engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
Support senior engineers in planning, coordinating, and supervising mechanical works on-site.
Monitor daily site activities to ensure adherence to project specifications and safety regulations.
Conduct site inspections and report on progress, quality, and safety issues.
Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Maintain accurate documentation of site activities, including daily reports, inspection logs, and progress updates.
Assist in implementing project schedules and resolving technical issues as they arise.
Learn and apply compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
0–3 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply).
Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, construction methods, and safety standards.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Very good in English.
