Key Responsibilities: Content Creation & Video Production - Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit engaging videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
- Produce short-form, trend-driven content designed for reach, engagement, and virality.
- Create high-quality visual assets aligned with brand guidelines.
- Develop hooks and storytelling formats that capture attention within the first few seconds.
- Coordinate content shoots (internal teams, events, products, interviews).
- Define and create branded style templates for social content.
- Capture and edit original video content across all production phases (pre-to-post)
Social Media Management - Manage daily posting across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Write compelling captions and optimize content using hashtags, SEO, and platform best practices.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and foster online community growth.
- Maintain a structured content calendar aligned with campaigns and key initiatives.
- Support paid campaigns with high-performing creative assets optimized for ads
Product Design - Design in-game UI elements including menus, HUDs, buttons, pop-ups, icons, and overlays.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs for new features and updates.
- Ensure visual consistency between game interfaces and brand identity.
- Design app store creatives, screenshots, and promotional visual assets.
Strategy & Performance - Identify trends, viral formats, and emerging content styles.
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, retention, conversions).
- Analyze content performance and recommend improvements.
- Contribute creative insights to improve player acquisition and retention visuals.
- Support brand-building initiatives across both product and marketing channels.
