Role Purpose:
The Specialized Painting Technician is responsible for executing high-end decorative and artistic painting works with exceptional craftsmanship and precision. This role requires advanced skills in mural art, textures, color blending, and specialized finishes, ensuring that all projects reflect premium quality and creative excellence in alignment with company and client standards.
Key Accountabilities:
Interpret complex blueprints, design drawings, artistic concepts, and client specifications to define project requirements and artistic objectives. 
Visit project sites to evaluate surface conditions, ensure alignment with approved designs, and provide expert recommendations on materials and techniques. 
Prepare and secure work areas by constructing scaffolding, covering furniture and fixtures, and ensuring optimal environmental conditions for detailed finishing. 
Clean, sand, and treat walls, ceilings, wood, and metallic surfaces using advanced surface preparation methods to achieve a flawless base for artistic applications. 
Mix paints, coatings, pigments, and specialty materials to create custom colors, textures, and effects with consistency, precision, and durability. 
Apply paint and decorative finishes using advanced techniques such as brushwork, sponging, stenciling, marbling, glazing, and spray painting. 
Create and execute wall drawings, murals, and artistic designs according to approved visual concepts and client requests, ensuring a professional and aesthetic finish. 
Produce and present sample boards or mock-ups for client approval, ensuring accuracy in color matching, texture, and finish quality. 
Perform quality control and technical tests (e.g., adhesion, texture depth, drying consistency) to guarantee superior application results. 
Document all design and application details, including color formulas, material specifications, and procedural notes for future reference. 
Collaborate with interior designers, project managers, and R&D teams to develop and refine new decorative techniques and product applications. 
Maintain and clean painting tools, spray equipment, and artistic materials, ensuring readiness and longevity. Handle paints, thinners, solvents, and other chemicals responsibly and in compliance with safety and environmental regulations. 
Uphold the highest standards of artistic quality, precision, and professionalism in all assigned projects. 
Executes activities related to his/her function in safe and environmental methods.
