Nova Call Center Services is looking for a customer-focused, positive Customer Service Agent to join our team.

Key Accountabilities:

  • C1 English Level
  • Ability to conduct webinars and teach simple Arabic lessons to Students
  • Handle customer interactions following SOPs
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Follow communication procedures and guidelines when answering Interacting with customers.
  • Promote and support learning programs using effective sales and customer engagement techniques.

Qualifications & Required Skills:

  • Native Arabic speaker with university degree in any field
  • Strong sales skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic Microsoft knowledge.
  • Time management skills.
  • Available to work shifts.
