Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician with a strong background in the poultry industry, specifically in operating and maintaining hatchery incubation systems. The technician will ensure optimal performance of HVAC and incubation systems to maintain the precise environmental conditions required in hatchery operations.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems in hatchery facilities.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and incubation equipment.
Ensure all environmental control systems (temperature, humidity, ventilation) are functioning according to hatchery standards.
Maintain accurate logs, documentation, and maintenance reports.
Coordinate with the hatchery and maintenance teams for repairs and system upgrades.
Follow all safety protocols and poultry industry regulations.
Assist in the installation, calibration, and commissioning of new HVAC and incubation systems.
Monitor and adjust environmental conditions to support optimal embryo development.
Qualifications
Diploma in HVAC technology or a related field (Diploma in the same specialization is required).
Mandatory experience in poultry hatcheries, including experience with HVAC and hatchery incubation systems.
Strong knowledge of refrigeration, ventilation, electrical systems, and HVAC controls.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and incubation system schematics.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good English communication skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Physical capability to perform maintenance tasks in hatchery environments.
Preferred Skills
Experience working with well-known hatchery equipment brands (e.g., Petersime, Chick Master).
Knowledge of Saudi Arabian safety standards and poultry industry regulations.
