Job Description: the Senior Site Electrical Engineer within the Electrical Engineering Section of the Projects Management Department, located in Amman, Jordan, holds a pivotal role in overseeing and directing all electrical activities on project sites. This position ensures the execution of electrical works meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and schedule adherence, while providing advanced technical solutions and effective coordination among different teams

Responsibilities and Duties :
Direct supervision of electrical works execution on site, ensuring compliance with approved engineering drawings and technical specifications
Coordination between various technical teams and contractors to ensure smooth workflow without delays
Monitoring work progress reports, evaluating technical performance quality, analyzing potential risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed
Ensuring the application of occupational safety standards and environmental requirements at all stages of work
Collaborating with the project management team to provide regular updates on technical status, achievements, and challenges encountered during execution
Mentoring and training field engineers and junior technicians to enhance their skills and achieve optimal professional performance

Qualifications and Experience Required 
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or an equivalent recognized university degree

Minimum of 7 years of practical experience in electrical engineering, with proven experience in managing engineering project sites

Strong skills in reading and analyzing electrical engineering drawings and schematics
Proficiency in specialized engineering software and project management tools

Excellent communication, leadership skills, and ability to work under pressure
Professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent are preferred
